Position Overview: Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our Project Managers directly.

This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication with diverse stakeholders, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for generating and maintaining productivity reports, as well as forecasting labor and manpower needs. While some electrical experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Basic programming knowledge is also a plus but not essential.

  • Support Project Managers in daily operations
  • Maintain productivity and labor reports
  • Forecast manpower requirements
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Qualifications

  • Preferred degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Strong critical and creative thinking skills for problem-solving
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to influence outcomes
  • Proven employment stability
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • 1-3 years of experience as a commercial electrician is advantageous
