Job Title: Oracle HCM and Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Next Generation, Inc, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a skilled professional to fill a full-time long-term role as an Oracle HCM and Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant. This position is not based in a specific geographical location office, but may require occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Oracle HCM HR and Payroll system, ensuring seamless functionality and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and maintain business processes within the HR and Payroll modules, including conversions, integrations, fast formulas, and updates.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making, retro processing, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Offer expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
  • Utilize experience in configuration tasks with Grade Step Progression functions within Oracle EBS.

  • Document support processes, procedures, and resolutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Contribute to the development of a valuable resource for reference purposes by documenting processes and procedures.
  • Provide functional support, collaborate with teams, analyze data, and document processes to ensure the effective functioning of the Oracle EBS HR and Payroll system.
