Job Title: Forensic Nurse Examiner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Forensic Nurse Examiner to join our team at Recruitics JB. As a Forensic Nurse Examiner, you will play a critical role in providing expert care to victims of sexual assault and other violent crimes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough and compassionate forensic examinations of victims of sexual assault and other violent crimes.
  • Collect and preserve evidence, including medical and photographic documentation.
  • Provide expert testimony in court as needed.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for victims.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in forensic nursing.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Experience in forensic nursing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
