Digital Account Strategist

At Social Driver, we're seeking a skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth plans to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client success.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital agency setting.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, websites, and SEO.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
