As a Benefits & Payroll Specialist at the Addison Group, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs, administering payroll, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role requires developing resources to educate employees about their benefits and supporting HR technology improvements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing health, wellness, and retirement benefit programs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Assisting with payroll processing, including deductions, taxes, and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Managing open enrollment, renewals, and employee education initiatives.
  • Supporting leave administration, including short-term and long-term disability and FMLA.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and benefit providers to ensure service quality.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on HRIS updates and benefits technology enhancements.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of experience in benefits administration and payroll support, and proficiency in HR systems. They should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
