Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Data Administrator to join our payroll operations department at Open Systems Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll data and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll data, including timesheet and EVV claim collection.
  • Ensure documentation compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Calculate mileage for employees approved for reimbursement.
  • Process payroll on a weekly basis using computer programs.
  • Review wages computed and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.
  • Ensure employees are properly paid for travel time, orientation, in-services, etc. according to law.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in payroll, accounting or similar field.
  • A 4-year degree (BS/BA or equivalent).

Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $80,000 per annum.
