Finance Manager AWS, PROSERVE, North America

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our AWS Professional Services team in North America. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement financial models and strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead the formulation and execution of long-range strategic plans, annual plans, and quarterly forecasts.
- Deliver comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Foster a culture of thought leadership within the team, driving process improvements and standardization.
- Champion process improvement, automation, and analysis to enhance finance processes and drive business outcomes.
- Facilitate seamless teamwork and communication across diverse teams, ensuring alignment towards shared goals.
- Ensure compliance with controls and systems, implementing new processes as required to maintain optimal financial reporting standards.

Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
- 6+ years of experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause, and creating/implementing an escalation plan.
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business.
- MBA or CPA.
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems.
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
