About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Operations Program Manager to join our ProServe Global Enablement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our learning tools to support ProServe learners against key programs, analyzing business performance data against learning objectives, and driving customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for future-looking enablement programs.
  • Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
  • Work strategically with ProServe Enablement leaders to identify innovative learning solutions to localize training programs and reduce the need for training.
  • Drive adherence to standard learning solutions and gather feedback from operational teams on areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the network.
  • Serve as the primary PM for the Learning Management System to upload program content, report on completion and CSAT data, and assign learners to programs.
  • Write relevant narratives for ProServe QBRs, MBRs, and 2x2 reads to show business performance data against learning objectives with recommendations for the learning roadmap.
  • Serve as the lead PM for the ProServe AWSentral migration enablement program for ProServe sales and delivery teams.
About the Team

The ProServe Global Enablement Team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. We believe that world-class support is critical to customer success and partner with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
