Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Medical Oncologist to lead the Experimental Therapeutics Program, focusing on translational research and clinical trials for medical oncology.

The selected candidate will play a key role in advancing our research efforts, translating scientific discoveries into novel treatments for cancer patients.

The medical oncologist will oversee and focus on translational and early development studies, collaborating with Cedars-Sinai Cancer colleagues to develop high-level early phase developmental therapy research.

The selected candidate will have programmatic, clinical, administrative, academic, and research oversight of the program, while maintaining an oncology practice within a specialty focus area.

Cedars-Sinai offers state-of-the-art treatments, experimental therapies, next-generation research, and cutting-edge clinical trials for over 60 types of cancer at more than 10 locations throughout Greater Los Angeles.

We see over 7,600 new cancer cases each year, creating customized, coordinated care plans that fit each patient's unique needs.

Cedars-Sinai offers a competitive salary range of $383,776 - $680,090 total cash compensation.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of publications and presentations in the field of medical oncology, with a strong background in Phase I clinical trial design and execution.

Eligible candidates will be appointed to the Associate Professor or Professor rank in the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Professoriate.
