Clinical Faculty in Sarcoma Oncology

Cedars-Sinai Cancer is seeking a talented medical oncologist to join our team as a Clinical Faculty member in Sarcoma Oncology. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of translational research and clinical trials for the treatment of sarcoma diseases.
The selected candidate will have programmatic, clinical, administrative, academic, and research leadership responsibilities for the program. They will lead the development and sustainment of a diverse clinical research portfolio, including investigator-initiated, cooperative group, and industry trials through collaboration with basic scientists and translational researchers.
The Clinical Faculty member will also participate in educational, research, and community outreach and engagement activities that are in alignment with departmental/divisional and Cedars-Sinai Cancer priorities.

Qualifications
The successful candidate has the following qualifications:
- Training and success in the practice of medical oncology
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues, organizations, and leaders
- Track record of excellence in clinical research, teaching, mentoring physician trainees, patient care, and administration
- Exceptional record as an investigator conducting research on cancer in the context of lifestyle and metabolic risk factors
- Professorial appointment at the Associate or Professor level
- Board certification in Internal Medicine and in the subspecialty of Medical Oncology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted California license as a Physician
