Gynecologic Oncology Research Faculty Position

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a renowned academic healthcare institution, is seeking a full-time PhD faculty researcher to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in gynecologic oncology and collaborate with existing OBGYN and Cancer Center faculty
- Develop and implement research projects, including project planning, experimental protocols, and procedures
- Supervise the gynecologic oncology tissue bank and administer day-to-day lab operations
- Establish an independent and innovative methodological research program
- Participate in educational conferences, including tumor boards, grand rounds, and journal clubs
- PhD or MD/PhD with three or more years' experience in Gynecologic Oncology research
- National or international prominence with proven abilities as Principal Investigator and mentor
- Demonstrated ability to generate grant funds
- Computer competency with a working knowledge of Windows or a comparable operating system
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center offers a competitive total compensation package, including pay, benefits, and incentive programs. The base pay range is $71,000 - $260,000, and academic rank and compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
