In light of our ongoing expansion, we are in search of a Financial Analyst to enhance our vibrant accounting team. This position offers a hybrid/flexible work schedule.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc., has consolidated a portion of the highly skilled workforce from both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to form a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to better serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a firm comprising 1100 professionals with multiple offices.



Responsibilities
  • Support corporate accounting in the management and oversight of the monthly closing process, as well as quarterly and annual forecasting and planning.
  • Analyze financial outcomes; monitor variances; identify trends; and propose actions to management.
  • Develop and oversee information systems for tracking project progress and managing reporting systems.
  • Adhere to established procedures to assess project outcomes concerning schedules, costs, client relations, quality, activities, and other performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business unit leaders to manage objectives, goals, and performance, while also working alongside the estimating department.


Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience in fulfilling the key responsibilities outlined above.
  • 2-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with the engineering, architecture, or construction sectors is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project control principles related to budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, change control, forecasting, and financial principles.
  • Advanced skills in developing pivot tables and macros in Microsoft Excel are preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with colleagues, supervisors, managers, clients, and others as required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and capability to manage complex projects with multiple phases.

- Compensation: Minimum: $80,000; Maximum: $100,000. The range provided reflects the salary that the Firm believes, in good faith, it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidates' qualifications and location.
