Financial Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic accounting team at The LiRo Group. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in assisting corporate accounting with the reporting and control of the monthly close process, quarterly and yearly forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and recommend actions to management.
  • Develop and manage information systems for monitoring project progress and controlling reporting systems.
  • Evaluate project results regarding schedule, costs, client relationships, quality, activities, and other performance metrics.
  • Interact with project managers and business unit heads to manage objectives, goals, and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • 2-7 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in the engineering/architecture/construction industry is preferred.
  • Advanced experience developing pivot tables and macros in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Proficient use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with coworkers, supervisors, managers, clients, and others.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple work phases.
