Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining administrative management tools, templates, training, and program governance.
  • Support includes preparing agenda topics, planning and coordinating meetings, distributing minutes, and tracking the closure of key initiatives.
  • Ensure all administrative efforts adhere to governance principles, government statutes, policies, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for all tasks.
  • Provide support for managing the portfolio of all SAF/CN contracts.
  • Monitor funding, modifications, and oversight of all contract actions.
  • Assist Division Chiefs in meetings, preparing briefs, and providing status updates on contract actions.
  • Support Contract Court, Annual Execution Reviews, and Quarterly portfolio reviews.
  • Deliver status reports to Leadership on contracts, modifications, and new requirement packages using the Strategic Management Tool (SMT).
  • Contribute to the HAF Effectiveness Review via SMT.
Qualifications
  • Must possess an ACTIVE Secret Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience managing diverse technical support teams.
  • At least three (3) years of Program Management experience.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in support management.
