Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of the SAF/CN contract portfolio, ensuring effective oversight of funding and modifications.
  • Support Division Chiefs in meetings, preparation of briefs, and status updates regarding contract actions.
  • Facilitate Contract Court, Annual Execution Reviews, and Quarterly portfolio assessments, providing leadership with comprehensive status reports on contracts and modifications.
  • Contribute to the HAF Effectiveness Review utilizing the Strategic Management Tool (SMT).

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Secret clearance or be eligible for one, with the potential for an upgrade to Top Secret during the contract period.
  • A Bachelor's Degree with 24 Business credits and a minimum of four years of acquisition experience in support of DoD/Federal Government is required, along with a FAC-C, CPCM, CFCM, or DAU DAWIA Level II certification in relevant fields.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential, as the role involves supporting senior leaders in the Air and Space Force.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a specified timeframe after contract award.
