About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative/Lead Facilitator to join our team at We Are Working, Inc. As a key member of our global support team, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals and families affected by injuries or loss, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to educate and support them through the claims process
  • Assist in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation
  • Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients
Requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in common tools such as MS Word
  • Background in customer service or project support
