Pediatric Intake Coordinator

Shriners Children's is a leading pediatric medical center that provides exceptional care to children and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled Intake Coordinator to join our team.
The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for processing and tracking new patient referrals, scheduling clinic appointments, and communicating with families and Shrine Centers regarding status. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Process and track new patient referrals
- Schedule and monitor clinic appointments
- Communicate with families and Shrine Centers regarding status
- Triage patient/provider referrals by assessing urgency
- Check in/out patients during clinic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of previous administrative experience in a hospital setting
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking helpful
