Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Pediatric RN, Inpatient to join our Spokane, WA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. The ideal candidate will support professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Collect and analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis/issues.
  • Outcomes Identification and Planning: Identify expected outcomes and develop a plan that prescribes strategies to address health promotion and restoration, health maintenance, or health-related problems or issues.
  • Implementation and Coordination of Care Delivery: Implement the identified plan and coordinate care delivery.
  • Health Teaching and Health Promotion: Employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
  • Evidence-based Practice and Research: Integrate evidence and research findings into practice.
Qualifications
  • Required: RN license in Washington, Basic Life Support (BLS), PEAR, PALS, ACLS (obtain within 1 year of employment), COVID Vaccination.
  • Preferred: Bachelor in Nursing (BSN), 2 years experience in Acute Care Nursing.
