Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to join our team at Fisher Investments. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, access, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the SFMC platform
Guide and support users in the creation, execution, and optimization of single/omni-channel journey orchestration
Manage and segment customer data for targeted marketing efforts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations
Create and analyze reports to measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Oversee the integration of SFMC with other systems and platforms, including CRM, DAM, and CMS
Provide technical support and training to marketing and corporate communications teams, addressing any platform-related issues or inquiries

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) Administrator
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant)
