Job Opportunity: Application Developer, Salesforce

Fisher Investments is seeking a skilled Application Developer, Salesforce to join our Technology Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions primarily in the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical development of software, including planning, resolving issues, and meeting timelines.
  • Design and develop solutions using configuration and custom code in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Service Cloud.
  • Develop and implement technical design specifications for projects, including creating logic flow charts and process diagrams.
  • Test and debug work, ensuring high-quality software solutions.
  • Support production software operations during normal business and off-hours.
  • Contribute to team discussions and troubleshoot client issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience working with object-oriented programming languages (OOP) and relational databases.
  • Architect and deliver custom code on multiple large-scale implementations.
  • Experience with Enterprise applications development, design skills, and applicable software development language(s).
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, or other science field required; advanced degree in a related field.
What We Offer:
  • $85,000 - $120,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

  • 50% 401(k) match, up to the IRS maximum.
  • 20 days of PTO, plus 10 paid holidays.
