Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant/Driver to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to adults with developmental and physical disabilities
  • Transport clients to and from appointments, activities, and other destinations
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage independence and participation in community activities
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
