Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Courtesy Counter team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, helpful, and thankful service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including postal, transfers, gift cards, vouchers, lottery, and FAX services.
  • Product Placement and Merchandising: Ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked in the store, creating an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Cash Handling and Transactions: Process money service transactions with accuracy, handling cash, checks, and other forms of payment.
  • POS and Technical Skills: Demonstrate knowledge of the Point of Sale system and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Complete money orders, cash checks, make change, handle change requests, transfers, house charge payments, returns, and refunds; have phone etiquette and ability to transfer calls; and provide services such as lottery, state park passes, fair tickets, rainchecks, Rug Doctor, copies, and FAX services.

Requirements

  • Availability: Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
