About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at DOW Technologies. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of car audio systems and accessories to automotive enthusiasts, retailers, and repair shops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by actively seeking new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including 12V car audio systems, amplifiers, speakers, and various car accessories. Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to meet or exceed sales goals. Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the Territory Manager and DOW management.
  • Territory Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the car audio or automotive accessories industry. Experience in a 12V sales environment is a plus.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of car audio systems, 12V products, and automotive accessories. Ability to learn and convey technical product details effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of car audio installation and troubleshooting is beneficial.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or electronics is a plus.
