Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Coordinator to join our team at StaffSource, LLC. As a Test Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of Workday implementations and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure seamless Workday implementations and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define testing scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Manage test environments and ensure they are aligned with Workday configuration.
  • Track, report, and communicate the status of testing activities to project stakeholders.
  • Identify and document defects, work with the development team to resolve issues, and ensure re-testing.
  • Provide recommendations to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards and Workday best practices.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing for Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Financials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in test coordination, with a focus on Workday implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials).
  • Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and managing test execution.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing phases and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification in HCM or related modules.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Workday-specific tools).
  • Experience with cloud-based software testing environments.
