Job Summary

StaffSource is seeking a highly skilled Test Coordinator to join our team. As a Test Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the testing process for Workday implementations or updates. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and key stakeholders to ensure that all testing activities are planned, executed, and documented in alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of test activities for Workday implementations or enhancements, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define testing scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Manage test environments and ensure they are aligned with the Workday configuration.
  • Track, report, and communicate the status of testing activities to project stakeholders.
  • Identify and document defects, work with the development team to resolve issues, and ensure re-testing.
  • Provide recommendations to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards and Workday best practices.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing for Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Financials.
  • Support go-live activities, including post-production testing and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in test coordination, with a focus on Workday implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials).
  • Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and managing test execution.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing phases and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification in HCM or related modules.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Workday-specific tools).
  • Experience with cloud-based software testing environments.
