Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic business development and marketing plans to drive growth and revenue
- Support the Mergers & Acquisitions practice by creating and executing targeted marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with partners, business development, marketing, and communications teams to develop and execute strategic plans
- Draft and prepare written proposals, pitches, and other communications to clients and prospective clients
- Drive content-driven campaign strategy to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the global business development team on cross-selling initiatives
- Support the practice's key client efforts and work with colleagues to identify, develop, and grow high-value services
- Plan and oversee seminars, events, and other targeted marketing activities
- Help practice group leaders manage relevant business development budgets
- Collaborate with functional managers on PR, communications, and digital marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, law, or business (advanced degree preferred)
- At least 10 years of professional work experience in business development or marketing initiatives
- At least 5 years of management experience in a corporate law firm setting or relevant industry setting
- Experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (required)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of technologies, developments, trends, and literature related to legal and professional services marketing fields
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, including attention to detail and proofreading
- Solid understanding of the needs and expectations of law firm operations and corporate legal clients
- Advanced knowledge of marketing principles, procedures, concepts, and practical applications
- Fundamental knowledge of networking and relationship management
- Proficiency in team building, management, and leadership skills
- Fundamental knowledge of legal concepts
