Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional to develop sales opportunities and generate revenue in both residential and commercial fields. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work with a wide variety of people, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales opportunities within our current customer base by researching and identifying potential business.
  • Prospect, with assistance and/or direction of Sales Manager, in a targeted approach by vertical markets.
  • Provide sales support for customer inquiries.
  • Field and assist with generation of new sales opportunities; track and distribute to appropriate Security consultant.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's degree and/or 2 years customer service or sales experience, or equivalent combination is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of people on all levels.
  • Ability to set and attain goals.
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Working Conditions:

Part of the workday is spent in a comfortable office environment, while some part of the workday is spent outdoors traveling to and from customer locations.
