As a Product Marketing Director, you will lead the development of crisp product messaging and positioning, including product value propositions, to drive the overall product marketing strategy and emphasize differentiation and innovation.
Go-to-Market (GTM)You will lead launches across all tiers, from new product introductions to customer retention upgrades, and partner with the GTM team on launch design and evolutions for launch tiers, and execution.
LeadershipYou will deploy impactful project planning and prioritization in conjunction with the wider marketing team that integrates product roadmap, GTM, and demand gen requirements for launches.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
- Proven experience in product marketing, with a track record of driving successful product launches and customer adoption.
- Experience working in a marketing function that serves healthcare, life sciences, or health tech industries.
- Prior experience developing product messaging and positioning aligned with market needs that resonates with target audiences.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Commercial and Technical teams.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
