**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly collaborative and experienced Marketing Director to lead, manage, and scale our marketing operations. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee marketing team members, manage technical marketing initiatives, and work closely with sales leaders and the BDR team to ensure outreach efforts are productive.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage marketing team members and oversee various marketing functions, including event management, graphic design, PR, content, and more
* Own and manage technical marketing initiatives, such as providing quality lists to the sales organization
* Collaborate with sales leaders and the BDR team to ensure outreach efforts are productive
* Work closely with the customer success department in customer marketing efforts
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and promote our mission

**Requirements**

* Strong desire to make an impact in the lives of underserved students across the world
* Technical marketing experience, particularly with managing data in Hubspot and Outreach
* Proven background in project management and organization
* Effective communicator
* Possesses a growth mindset
* Willing to adapt in a fast-paced start-up
* Problem-solver
* Hunger to work with a team of diverse individuals who are united by our mission

**Nice to Have**

* Experience with Lifecycle Marketing
* Experience in K-12 Education Technology
* Experience with Hubspot, Outreach, and/or ZoomInfo
* Familiarity with Webflow
* Familiarity with Graphic Design
