The role of a Senior Loss Control Consultant involves conducting thorough inspections and generating comprehensive reports tailored for insurance underwriting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed evaluations and prepare extensive documentation for risk assessment.
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • At least 10 years of experience in loss control services.
    • In-depth understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance lines.
    • Expertise in property evaluations, inland marine coverages, commercial general liability, workers' compensation assessments, and loss analysis.
    • Experience in specialized areas such as environmental and professional liability.
  • Provide risk improvement services, including training, consulting, hazard analysis, and compliance assessments.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, writing, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Exhibit excellent time management capabilities.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, OHST, ALCM, and/or ARM are advantageous.
  • Ability to upload reports, images, and diagrams via a designated online platform or complete reports using web-based systems.
  • Willingness to travel within a designated radius.
  • This position entails engaging in complex work across various sectors, including contracting, real estate, retail, warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing.
  • Accurate loss control evaluations assist underwriters in identifying profitable business opportunities and aid insured entities in mitigating losses.
