Job Title: Business Controls Specialist

Job Summary:

Bank of America is seeking a Business Controls Specialist to drive and execute internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). The ideal candidate will provide analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and test controls to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
  • Implement quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF.
  • Evaluate data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation.
  • Develop and maintain control monitoring and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other team members to produce performance results and analysis packages.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience with risk management, AML Know-Your-Client/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) disciplines in a global investment bank.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
