Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow company food handling and safety procedures to ensure a high level of food quality.
  • Greet guests, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collect payment, give correct change, and manage cash handling and any cash shortages or overages.
  • Work at a quick and effective pace to meet or exceed company service time standards.
  • Clean and sanitize the work area periodically.
  • Support and assist peers, including expediter and/or service assistant.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
  • Requires long periods of standing and walking.
  • Must be able to work under stress/pressure of peak periods.
  • Must have a high level of mobility/flexibility to reach, bend, scrub, wipe, and lift 25lbs.
Qualification Standards:
  • Food handler card is required.
  • Must be able to communicate, speak, and read English; second language is a plus.
  • No experience is required, but guest service experience is preferred.
  • No education is required, but a high school diploma and equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be able to observe products and use best judgment prior to presenting products to guests to ensure a high level of food quality.
