Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at FS Blinds. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter customer details and order specifications into our system
  • Update records for reselections and/or rescheduled installs
  • Assist customers with order resolutions
  • Work harmoniously with others to ensure daily expectations are achieved
  • Adhere to confidentiality regulations
  • Proofread data and ensure accuracy
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED/College required
  • Ability to type 40 WPM preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and drive to succeed
