Key Responsibilities- Manage the procurement, distribution, and inventory of supplies.
- Handle the processing of daily incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Conduct bank deposits as required.
- Perform document scanning tasks.
- Prepare and transmit daily positive pay files to the banking institution.
- Generate monthly commission statements from company platforms.
- Facilitate the daily closing procedures.
- Monitor and record daily balances in the operational account.
- Document direct bill commissions accurately.
- Process and remit company statements and invoices.
- Oversee the management of operational expenses.
- Handle payment processing in the upload account from the designated branch.
- Provide assistance to Financial Service Representatives and Senior Financial Service Representatives as necessary.
- Maintain the professional certifications required to comply with agency standards.
- Engage in ongoing education and training opportunities as they arise.
- Foster and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues and staff.
- Comply with established employee manual policies and operational guidelines.
- Follow workflow procedures to mitigate the risk of errors and omissions claims.
- Report any errors and omissions claims or potential claims promptly.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding all client, staff, and agency information.
- Execute additional duties and projects as assigned.
- A college degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Familiarity with Vertafore software is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships with superiors, peers, and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail are required.
