About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Mission Critical Director of Sales to join our dynamic team at Jobot.

This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving business growth in the mission-critical datacenter cooling industry.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions and building high-performing sales teams.

This position requires a deep understanding of the mission-critical datacenter market and a strong network of industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.

Lead and Manage Sales Team

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

Understand Market Trends and Customer Needs

Understand market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with Marketing Team

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.

Provide Accurate Sales Forecasts

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Ensure Sales Team Adherence to Company Policies

Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies and standards.

Participate in Industry Events

Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.

Provide Coaching and Training

Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Collaborate with Other Departments

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Sales Leadership Experience

A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the mission-critical datacenter cooling industry.

Proven Track Record of Success

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills
