We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Thoracic Surgeon to join our team at University Health Associates. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic group of surgeons who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advancing the field of thoracic surgery.

About the Position

This is a full-time position that will involve performing complex thoracic surgeries, including lung and esophageal procedures. You will work closely with our team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to provide comprehensive care to our patients. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to participate in research and educational activities, including teaching medical students and residents.

Requirements
  • MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
  • Completion of a general surgery residency program and a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship program
  • Board certification or board eligibility in thoracic surgery
  • Eligibility for state medical license
