Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the continuous enhancement of our essential IAM/PAM infrastructure.
Architect and deploy various IAM technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, Federation Services, AWS Identity Center, and Privileged Access Management.

Act as a subject matter expert for the IAM team, providing hands-on technical support and facilitating the implementation of diverse IAM and AWS Cloud Security tools and methodologies.

Offer strategic direction and leadership in managing all aspects of provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and addressing complex IAM-related challenges.

Handle escalations from team members, assist in prioritizing tasks, and develop risk mitigation strategies across the infrastructure.
Design, implement, and maintain PAM/IAM backend infrastructure in accordance with industry best practices.
Lead the creation and execution of procedures, runbooks, and documentation to support PAM/IAM services.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving intricate identity, authentication, authorization, entitlement, permissions, and integration issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with over 15 years of relevant experience.

Clearance Requirement:
Top Secret clearance preferred (SECRET clearance acceptable with the ability to obtain Top Secret).

In-depth knowledge of contemporary authentication technologies and concepts such as SAML, Federation, SSO, OpenID, OAuth, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

CISSP or other IAM tool-specific security certification required.
Must possess or acquire IAT level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+(CE)).
Proven experience or certifications in Linux and/or AWS GovCloud technologies.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
Experience with virtual and/or cloud-based servers and applications (specifically AWS GovCloud).
Exceptional technical documentation and reporting capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in an Agile work environment.
Relevant technology certifications are a plus.
