Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Infrastructure: Take ownership of designing, implementing, and managing the company's cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare. Architect and optimize cloud solutions to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency on Layer 1 and Layer 2.
- Optimize Deployment and Scaling: Optimize the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of blockchain nodes and related services.

- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Demonstrate expertise in AWS services, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Implement monitoring solutions to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues.
- Tooling and Scripting: Tooling such as Salt, Vault, Python, and Bash scripting for automation and configuration management and version control using Git to manage code repositories effectively.
- Lead and Mentor Team: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and provide infrastructure solutions. Lead and mentor a team of DevOps professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, particularly in blockchain projects.
- Cloud Platform Experience: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Digital Ocean, and experience with other cloud services (e.g., AWS, Oracle Cloud).
- GitHub Proficiency: Proficiency in using and managing GitHub repositories and workflows.
- Containerization Experience: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Infrastructure-as-Code Tools: Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Scripting Skills: Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
- CI/CD Pipeline Knowledge: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Web3 and Blockchain Experience: Must have significant Web3 and Blockchain Experience in decentralized systems.
- Proficiency in Salt, Vault, Python, and Bash: Proficiency in Salt, Vault, Python, and Bash scripting.
- CDN Management: Proficiency in CDN Management.
- AWS Secrets Manager: Knowledge of AWS Secrets Manager.
- Leadership Experience: Able to lead a small team of DevOps engineers, this role is mostly hands-on with a managerial component.
