Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our design-focused firm, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients, and developing design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of the design process, from conceptualization to completion.
- Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored design solutions.
- Design Development: Define project requirements, develop design criteria, and create detailed drawings and models.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong background in project management and design.
- Skills: Proficient in Revit and SketchUp, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
