Position Overview: The IT Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in the successful deployment of our Data Management System. This position encompasses all stages of the project lifecycle, including scoping, design, installation, interface configuration, validation, testing, customer training, and ongoing support. Additionally, this role involves providing remote troubleshooting assistance to our existing clients and collaborating with various internal teams such as sales, IT support, project management, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately scope projects to ensure precise statements of work and resource estimations for timely delivery of our proprietary data management systems.
  • Design, construct, and validate ASTM and HL7 interfaces according to diverse specifications from EHRs and LIS platforms.
  • Travel within designated territories to deliver on-site support and training to clients and internal teams, including sales support.
  • Engage in the sales process to provide technical expertise during discussions with prospective and current clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with remote support tools and networking in a Windows environment.
  • Strong command of T-SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Command Prompt Networking tools.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, building, and testing ASTM and HL7 interfaces using healthcare integration engines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% annually and fluency in English.
  • Availability for on-call support during evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in French.
  • Familiarity with XML, XSL, and HTML.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $95,000, with eligibility for bonus and incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
