Role Overview:


Trellix is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Healthcare division and enhance our sales initiatives within a select group of enterprise-level, named accounts.

We are in search of an individual who thrives in a growth-oriented environment and possesses a proven track record of identifying opportunities within the Healthcare sector.

You will report directly to the VP of Government, Education, and Health.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the sales strategy for the Northeast Healthcare territory.

The Sales Executive will oversee all sales activities, including resource allocation, budget assessments, contract compliance, and collaboration with engineering, support, and inside sales teams.

You will set both short-term and long-term objectives aligned with corporate goals.

Your duties will encompass selling products to new and existing customers within an assigned region to meet or exceed established quotas.

You will engage with potential clients to assess product requirements and deliver sales presentations that align our offerings with their identified needs.

You will prospect and cultivate business opportunities, respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), and develop comprehensive proposals for client presentations.

Coordinate account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and product development.

Maintain a thorough understanding of all Trellix products to effectively organize sales efforts.

You will guide sales engineering resources and operate on both tactical and strategic levels.

Maintain sales records and prepare detailed sales reports.

Manage the evaluation program and monitor competitive activities within the region, keeping an active awareness of the overall business climate.

About You:
You will possess over 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in direct enterprise software sales.

You will have a consultative sales approach and an in-depth understanding of the territory and clients within the Southeast, with a preference for candidates residing in the Northeast region.

You will have experience and credibility in selling to C-level executives.

You will demonstrate a high level of ambition and a history of closing seven-figure deals while consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Communication and Influence - You will adapt your communication style to suit the audience effectively.

Customer Experience - You will take ownership of resolving customer issues and ensure that commitments to clients are fulfilled.

This position includes a commission-based compensation structure. The Base Pay Range is $94,500 - $175,500, with On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $189,000.

Actual base pay and OTE will vary based on several factors, including work location, individual qualifications, company budget, and other operational needs.

Compensation may also include long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policies.
