Job Summary

Koniag Management Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our customers. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of technical systems and software
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • Secret clearance required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
