Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining a strong customer base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify insurance needs and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow our business
  • Working closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Identifying and supporting local community events to build relationships and promote our business

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for helping people manage risk and achieve their financial goals
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Bilingual skills, with Spanish required
  • A Property and Casualty license, with a Life and Health license a plus
