Job Overview

The Field Integration Technician will be responsible for the on-site installation, integration, and maintenance of Samsung products and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Samsung's technology and a strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Integration:

  • Perform on-site installation and integration of Samsung hardware and software products.
  • Configure and optimize Samsung systems to meet customer specifications and requirements.
  • Ensure all installations are completed according to company standards and guidelines.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for Samsung products and solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Perform necessary repairs and replacements as required.

Customer Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Train customers on the use and maintenance of Samsung products.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on job status, issues encountered, and resolution provided.
  • Document and report any product defects or issues to the appropriate department.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as technical support, engineering, and project management.
  • Coordinate with other field technicians and service providers as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Recent experience on the SNAP project has provided valuable insights into the integration and support of Samsung products and solutions.
