  • Conduct Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews to ensure project alignment with financial objectives.
  • Manage Financial and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reporting.
  • Supervise Government Finished Property (GFP) inventory management.
  • Provide support for field activities and maintenance operations.
  • Lead organic and international depot-level maintenance efforts.
  • Facilitate shared product management and logistics services.
  • Ensure comprehensive product service life surveillance and life extension planning.
  • Maintain compliance with customer policies, specifications, and requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for products and support services.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strategically plan and execute long-term operational readiness support to meet Warfighter needs.

Travel Requirements:

This position may require up to 30% travel, both internationally and domestically.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Sustainment, Logistics, Program Management, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) and program performance management.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Active U.S. government issued security clearance is mandatory prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing diverse teams in logistics and sustainment operations.
  • Strong track record of accountability and flexibility in managing competing priorities.
  • Established relationships with customers to fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Military background in Weapons, Munitions, or Maintenance is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with product life cycle management principles.
  • Top Secret Clearance is preferred.
