Job Overview

Mobile Mounting Solutions is seeking a dedicated Field Service Installation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading installation projects and providing support to fellow technicians across various tiers of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Overseeing the installation and removal of hardware and low voltage DC electronics on diverse vehicles and equipment.
  2. Traveling safely and responsibly across the U.S. for project assignments.
  3. Delivering exceptional customer service while executing on-site tasks.
  4. Managing and tracking both company-owned and client-owned equipment as directed by management.
  5. Communicating effectively with team members and management during standard working hours.
  6. Fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  7. Creating and maintaining detailed work orders for each installation performed.
  8. Coordinating travel arrangements through the designated agency.
  9. Submitting weekly expense reports and maintaining accurate records of company credit card transactions.
  10. Ensuring the upkeep of company tools and equipment.
  11. Completing vehicle check-in and check-out forms to maintain vehicle standards.
  12. Accountability for all inventory during projects, ensuring timely return of equipment.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and low voltage or 12v DC electrical systems.
  • A valid class C or higher driver's license.
  • The ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures.
  • Lift and carry objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
  • Navigate small, confined spaces.
