Job Summary:The Certified Recovery Specialist will work closely with our team to provide individualized interventions and support to consumers. This includes developing and implementing service plans, providing education and skill-building opportunities, and advocating for the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized interventions and support to consumers
- Develop and implement service plans in collaboration with consumers
- Provide education and skill-building opportunities to consumers
- Advocate for the needs of consumers
- Collaborate with the program coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Perform direct care tasks as needed, including light housekeeping and cooking
- Administer medication to clients according to DPW medication administration standards
- Intervene appropriately in crises and support consumers in maintaining healthy relationships and resolving conflicts
- Maintain accurate records of billable services provided
- Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field
- Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and Fingerprint federal criminal history
- Valid Driver's license and verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
