Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Facilities Administrator at a government facility. The Facilities Administrator (FA) will be present at the site during all operational hours to ensure effective supervisory and technical oversight of contractor personnel. The FA role encompasses human resource management responsibilities, ensuring adherence to policies including onboarding processes, mandatory training and orientation for contract staff, ongoing competency evaluations, as well as performance management and quality assurance of services rendered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of over 30 personnel, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Maintain Six Sigma certification at or above the Green Belt level and/or hold Project Management certification.
  • Possess a solid understanding of business operations, project management, and human resources.

Essential Qualifications

  • Expertise in Facility Management (FM).
  • Familiarity with shipping and logistics facilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Experience in government contracting is advantageous.
