Staffing Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Provide end-user assistance with Kronos scheduler
* Facilitate employee redeployment efforts
* Coordinate inpatient daily staffing through forecasting, daily review and reporting, tracking and entering schedule updates, and extra shift initiatives
* Provide support for timekeeper functions
* Create and maintain Hospital inpatient and clinical support services staff schedules according to departmental and housewide standards
* Review future departmental schedules to manage schedule change requests
* Coordinate the effort to fill open shifts based on forecasted need
* Provide accurate data entry, information retrieval, and reporting
* Assist in serving as a resource to staff, unit leaders, and house officers on policies, procedures, and office activities
* Answer telephone and take and deliver messages according to department communication standards
* Provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support for the department
Requirements:
* One year of general office experience and/or two years of customer service experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Prior clerical and scheduling experience preferred
