Job Summary

The Staffing Office is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective staffing of inpatient units. As a Scheduling Assistant, you will play a critical role in this process, working closely with the Staffing Office team to coordinate scheduling and staffing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user assistance with the Kronos scheduler
  • Facilitate employee redeployment efforts
  • Coordinate inpatient daily staffing through forecasting, daily review, and reporting
  • Provide support for timekeeper functions
  • Create and maintain hospital inpatient and clinical support services staff schedules
  • Review future departmental schedules to manage schedule change requests
  • Coordinate the effort to fill open shifts based on forecasted need
  • Provide accurate data entry, information retrieval, and reporting
Requirements
  • One (1) year general office experience and/or two (2) years customer service experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior clerical and scheduling experience preferred
Essential Functions

As a Scheduling Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the Staffing Office team, including:

  • Providing Kronos scheduler end-user assistance
